  • 1packet of Plant Based Chocolate Shake
  • 1/2Tblscornstarch
  • water
  • 1/2tspsteviaor any 0 calorie sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients except for stevia, using enough water to make a dough consistency.

  2. Roll into balls.

  3. Air fry for 10 minutes or until firm on the outside.

  4. Sprinkle with stevia

  • 1packet Profile Pancakes*
  • 1bag crushed
  • 4oz.chicken breast
  • 4Tbsp.pickle juice
  • Salt and pepperto taste
  • 2Tbsp.parmesan cheese
  • Sliced dill pickles

  • Mix Profile Pancake mix with a dash of salt and pepper and 2 ounces of water.

  • Spray a round glass bowl with cooking spray and pour in mix.

  • Microwave mix for 1 minute.

  • When cooled, remove from bowl and cut in half.

  • Assemble the sandwich – bun, chicken, pickle slices, bun. Enjoy!

  • 2Tbsp.
  • 1bag Profile Chips or Crispsof choice
  • ¼head cauliflowerchopped
  • ¼cupegg whites

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.

  2. Crush the chips in a shallow bowl.

  3. Soak cauliflower florets in egg whites.

  4. Press the cauliflower florets into the chip crumbs until well coated.

  5. Lightly spray air fryer basket with non-stick spray. Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes. Toss every 5 minutes to ensure an even crisp.

  6. Toss with BBQ sauce or serve on the side.

  • Olive oil spray

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut pizza crust into small triangles using a pizza cutter.

  • 1Package Profile Pancakes
  • 1package Profile Maple Pecan Shake
  • 2Eggs
  • 1/2tspBaking Powder
  • 1tspCinnamon
  • 1tspNutmeg
  • 4ozWater
  • 1TbspSugar-free Maple Syrup
  • 8PecansChopped
  • 1/2tspVanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Or use air-fryer.

  2. If using donut pan, spray with non-stick spray. If using muffin tins, roll small sheets of aluminum foil into cylinders (tall enough to reach the top of the tin) and spray with non-stick spray.

  3. Set aside.

  4. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk egg and add pancake mix, shake mix, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chopped pecans.

  5. Divide batter into 6 donut molds or muffin tins.

  6. Bake or air-fry for 17-20 minutes.

  • 1bag Profile Salt and Vinegar Chipscrushed
  • Profile Marinara Sauce
  • 1cupzucchinigrated and drained
  • 1eggwhisked
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese
  • 1-2tsp.garlic
  • 1Tbsp.parsley
  • 1tsp.basil
  • 1tsp.oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray. (or consider using your air-fryer!)

  2. Use a cheese grater to grate zucchini. Place in a paper towel and wring out the moisture.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the marinara sauce and mix well.

  4. Shape mixture into small balls, using about a tablespoon of the mixture, and place on baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden. Serve with warm Profile Marinara Sauce.

  • 1package Profile Pancakes
  • 1egg white
  • 1tsp.garlic powder
  • 1tsp.baking powder
  • 1 ½– 2 Tbsp. of water
  • 1small jar of dill pickle chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pat dry the pickle chips with a paper towel

  2. Combine Profile Pancake mix, garlic powder, and baking powder into large mixing

  3. Add egg white and water and mix all ingredients together

  4. Dip dill pickle chips in batter

  5. Add pickle chips into an Airfryer and bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees

  6. Alternatively, place pickles on baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes on each side

  7. Let cool and enjoy your fried pickles!
