It’s Tuesday, and one star sign can expect improvements in the workplace today, while another will soon be offered a challenging assignment.

From Aries through to Pisces, here's what today could bring for your horoscope - and what you can do to be prepared.
Aries (Mar 21 - Apr 20)
You can’t understand why someone will not give a view on an important issue. There has been a big change in circ*mstances. That’s why they are holding back from sharing their thoughts. They need to get their head around what exactly is going on.
Taurus (Apr 21 - May 21)
A system needs to be controlled and managed for people to have confidence in it. You may be asked to help enforce the rules. You will find this easier if you believe in the guidelines that are now being put in place. With confidence flowing, you are starting to find your voice.
Gemini (May 22 - June 21)
People are keen to hear your views on almost any subject under the sun. As a result, you may not get a lot of time to yourself. Discuss your desire to realise a cherished dream. Someone will have knowledge, skills or connections that can help steer you closer towards this goal.
Cancer (June 22 - July 23)
You’re seeing a difference and all due to some difficult decisions you have had to make. In terms of timing, as soon as economic conditions allow you will be spending more money on tools and equipment that will bring further benefits to the workplace.
Leo (July 24 - Aug 23)
Accidents happen. When something goes wrong, it will be investigated. You will find out what the causes were at the end of this investigation. Until then don’t encourage speculation as this could turn out to be very wrong. A walk in nature will feel therapeutic.
Virgo (Aug 24 - Sept 23)
There are a lot of people with opinions and many will push the fact that they are qualified and experienced in certain areas. Even so, they don’t know everything. Technology is moving on very fast. Embracing new techniques will bring improvements into the workplace.
Libra (Sept 24 - Oct 23)
New and interesting ideas will be discussed but to get the best results you need to stick with the original plan of action. If you are starting to doubt yourself, you might find it helpful to use affirmations to improve your self-esteem.
Scorpio (Oct 24 - Nov 22)
Your aim is to make sure that people get the right support. There’s a lot of instability in this world but in areas where you have a degree of control, you will do your best to get the balance right. Once you work out how a system works you will feel you can give an informed response.
Sagittarius (Nov 23 - Dec 21)
A friend or relative wants your views and they are relying on your honesty. It doesn’t matter whether they’re asking if you like their new hairstyle or if it’s about something more serious and personal, give a sincere response. Live up to your reputation for telling it as it is.
Capricorn (Dec 22 - Jan 20)
You want to make better use of your time and to fill the hours with tasks that keep you feeling motivated. Discuss your needs with your boss and other senior colleagues. Ask for more responsibilities. A challenging assignment will soon be offered that will bring more in the way of fulfilment.
Aquarius (Jan 21 - Feb 19)
You might be interested in a job or assignment that is offered to you. Even so, it may be necessary to negotiate a higher salary than the one initially offered. Long term plans are discussed. There are processes in place that must be followed before these can be agreed on.
Pisces (Feb 20 - Mar 20)
Situations you are faced with now will call for an alert mind. If you feel you are struggling, an eagle-eyed colleague will be happy to help. Keep looking for the positive angle. Even if it doesn’t seem so at first, there will always be one.
